You do not own the goods until full payment has been received. We reserve the right to reclaim or remove any goods or services provided until payment is received.

8. Duration, Termination, and Suspension: This contract is valid until all goods and services are completely delivered.

Either party may terminate this contract if a serious breach of contract occurs and cannot be rectified within a specified timeframe, or if either party is subject to bankruptcy or liquidation.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This contract is governed by the laws of England, Wales, and Scotland.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, and Scotland.

10. Withdrawal and Cancellation: You can cancel or withdraw your order before payment without incurring any liability.

Deposits are non-refundable once paid. If you cancel after the deposit is made but before services are provided, the deposit will not be refunded.

If no services have been provided, you can cancel the contract within 14 days by giving written notice.
